Aiming to unlock new levels of performance insight in both motorsport and street sports, Manthey and Griiip, an innovator in motorsport data technology, are announcing a strategic partnership.

At the penultimate DTM race weekend of 2024, the series' guest appearance in Austria, Manthey EMA clinched its third podium finish of the season with second place for Thomas Preining (Austria) on Sunday. After finishing twelfth on Saturday, the Austrian added 24 points to his championship tally.

With second place and the sixth podium finish of the season, the Manthey PureRxcing crew have sealed the LMGT3 World Championship title before the season finale of the FIA WEC. Klaus Bachler (Austria), Alex Malykhin (Great Britain) and Joel Sturm (Germany) improved by twelve positions over the six-hour race distance, making them the first LMGT3 World Champions in the history of the WEC.

In high summer temperatures at the Sachsenring, Manthey EMA scored three points in DTM races eleven and twelve. Thomas Preining crossed the finish line in fourth place in Sunday's race after finishing sixth in race one. This was his 28th consecutive race in the points since the start of the 2023 DTM season.

With second and third places, the two Porsche 911 GT3 R entered by Manthey secured the second double podium of the current season in the FIA Endurance Championship. In second place, Klaus Bachler (Austria), Alex Malykhin (Great Britain) and Joel Sturm (Germany) finished on the podium for the fifth time in total.
