• Start of construction for new 'Daytona' building at Meuspath
• Office space and centralisation of several departments on over 7,600 square metres of space
• Completion planned for the third quarter of 2025

Meuspath. The Manthey company is expanding its premises in the Meuspath business park with another hall. Like the company's other buildings in Meuspath, the new building will be named after a well-known race track and will bear the name 'Daytona'.  New office space for more than 80 workplaces will be constructed on over 7,600 square metres of space. In addition, several departments will be centralised. The company's main warehouse will be relocated to the new site in order to increase storage capacity and handle incoming and outgoing goods more efficiently. The production of in-house products and the development department will also be located in the new Daytona facility to optimise processes and collaboration between departments.

„Manthey has grown strongly in recent years – it's great to see how the company is growing. In order to be prepared for the future, it is necessary to create additional office space. We are very pleased to be able to tackle this with the new Daytona hall. The additional space also gives us the opportunity to relocate and expand the production of our own products, which are in high demand, to the new building. Through the additional centralisation of the warehouse and the development department, we also hope to achieve even more efficient cooperation between the departments," explains Martin Raeder, Managing Director of Manthey Racing GmbH.

Founded in 1996 by Olaf Manthey, the company has been located in the Meuspath business park since 2000. Back then, Manthey built the first building on the open space in the vicinity of the Nürburgring-Nordschleife. The performance specialist now employs over 300 people. In addition to the soon to be seven buildings in Meuspath, Manthey also manufactures in-house developed forged wheels at another site in Freudenstadt, Baden-Württemberg.

„We are proud that the largest employer in the region is setting another milestone in the success story of the business park with the imminent construction of the Daytona Hall. As a result, the last remaining plot in the business park will undergo construction. We are currently working on the legal planning basis for an expansion of the business park in the direction of Drees in order to satisfy the great demand for commercial building land in the Nürburgring region," explains Guido Nisius, Chairman of the Zweckverband Gewerbepark am Nürburgring.

The new Daytona Hall is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025
